Important Cultural Property
本図はもと大仙院（だいせんいん）方丈の書院（しょいん）の間の障壁画、故事人物図（現在は全８幅）の一部。大仙院は大徳寺の塔頭（たっちゅう）で、古嶽宗亘（こがくそうこう）により永正10年（1513）に開創された。故事人物図には東方朔（とうぼうさく）、西王母（せいおうぼ）、太公望（たいこうぼう）、文王（ぶんおう）が描かれ、作者は狩野元信周辺の画家とみられる。（旧題箋、A-293と共通か）
