Under certain circumstances, the owners of the land within the zone are able to ask the Local Government to buy up the land. Permission Structures should be:

Areas that have an outstanding natural environment:

Category 3:
Areas that have a well-maintained natural landscape: Consideration must be given to maintaining the existing natural and historical landscape. The necessary regulations on architectural action, etc., have been established to accomplish this purpose. Permission
