「筆耕園」は福岡藩主の黒田家に伝わった唐絵手鑑。宋・元・明の画家の作品とされる60図が２帖に収録されています。その大半の作品には江戸前期の狩野安信(かのうやすのぶ)(1614～85)の外題が付されており、当時の中国絵画鑑賞の様子の一端を窺うことができます。
